SCA Program On Boarding Process
1) Interest form Submission: Candidate need to fill the interest form to get registered to join the webinar.
2) Introduction webinar participation: Interested candidates who expressed interest in attending the webinar should join the introduction webinar.
3) Application Submission: Complete and submit application form (Resume with digital picture, No Objection Certificate from current employer (if employed), Signed audit log, signed APSCA & RSJ Codes, Previous Social Compliance Training Log, Digital of Aadhar Card and 2 references (preferably your previous supervisors/ Managers).r.
4) Scrutiny of Applications: Our team meticulously reviews each application to ensure all required documents are provided and meet our requirements.
5) Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates shall undergo a thorough interview process to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit within RSJ’s values.
6) Background Verifications: Candidates who pass the interview stage undergo comprehensive background checks to verify credentials and ensure alignment with RSJ’s ethical standards.ar.
7) SCA Program Agreement Execution: Upon successful verification, selected candidates need to sign the SCA (Social Compliance Auditor) Program Agreement with RSJ which outlines terms and conditions of APSCA registration and Exam thereof.
8) Onboarding Webinar: Selected candidates participate in an informative onboarding webinar, introducing them to RSJ’s culture, policies, and procedures.
9) Enrolment with APSCA: Candidates are enrolled as ASCAs (Associate Social Compliance Auditors) with APSCA.
10) APSCA Annual member audit fee payment: Candidate need to raise the invoice and needs to pay the fee to the APSCA.
